When are meetings?
The LCHS Debate Club is hosted and organized by the student members of our Debate Team with the goal of introducing debate to the student body and hosting a fun, social and competitive meeting.
Meetings are Wednesdays right after school at 2:50 pm in Room 1914 (Mr. Beane's / The Debate Room). Listen to the announcements for the most up to date info.

Anyone who attends LCHS is eligible to join! There are no enrollment deadlines, so feel free to join any time. If you're interested in joining, feel free to give us a test drive, we promise you will want to come back!
We compete in many different competitive speech and debate competitions throughout the year that help develop a student's ability to speak well in front of others, think quickly on their feet and think critically. Please check out the Event Guide to see specifics of each event!
