At Premier Sports Lab, we are committed to creating a focused, professional environment where athletes can grow without distraction. Our training model is built on precision, discipline, and accountability. This includes the expectations we set for our families and spectators. To maintain the high-performance standard of our PSL Training Pods and Our League Play, we ask all parents and guardians to follow the guidelines below:
1. Show Up Prepared
Be on time. Early is on time. On time is late.
Athletes who arrive late will complete a brief accountability drill before joining the session.
Required dress code.
Be ready!
2. Dress Code
If you’ve been issued a PSL “Create Space” Tee, you must wear it to every session.
Once you have earned your colored "PSL Phase Up Shorts", you must wear them to every session.
Footwear must be basketball appropriate: no crocs, cleats, turf shoes, or slides allowed.
Gear reflects your mindset—look sharp, play sharp.
3. Lock In
This is not open gym. Every rep counts. No coasting.
No side conversations during instruction.
Tired? Rest with purpose. Confused? Ask questions.
4. Respect the Space
No trash-talking, complaining, or cutting corners.
Respect your teammates, coaches, equipment, and court.
Water bottles must stay on the bench, not on the court or sidelines.
5. Lead Yourself
Listen the first time. Make eye contact. Stand tall.
Don’t wait to be corrected—self-correct.
If you mess up, own it. Growth starts with responsibility.
6. Compete With Purpose
Play with focus, not ego.
Win the drill with effort, not flash.
Bring energy to everything, even the small stuff.
7. Protect the Culture
Missed sessions, poor attitude, and/or disrespect hurts the whole program .
When you choose to wear PSL gear, you are representing our brand and our core values.
You’re either raising the standard or lowering it, there is no neutral.
Review & Feedback Forms
We ask all parents to complete our post session feedback and review forms. These are vital for our coaching development and help us refine the PSL experience. Your insight matters.
The 24-Hour Rule
If you have a concerns about coaching, training, or any aspect of your athlete’s experience, we kindly ask that you wait 24 hours before reaching out. This time allows for thoughtful communication and ensures concerns are addressed respectfully and productively.
No Refunds
PSL maintains a strict no refund policy. However, in the event of a withdrawal, a credit may be applied toward future PSL training opportunities. This allows us to maintain program consistency while offering families a flexible path forward.
Spectator Seating
All parents must remain behind the netting or outside the court area during training. This ensures athletes stay locked in, and coaches can instruct without interruption.
No Sideline Coaching or Conversations
Even if you are friends with members of our coaching staff, we ask that you refrain from engaging during sessions. Professional boundaries help preserve focus, trust, and consistency for all athletes.
Water Bottle Policy
All water bottles and personal belongings must be kept on the player bench, and not with parents. This reinforces accountability and keeps the training space clean and efficient.
Timeliness Matters
Athletes are expected to arrive on time and prepared. Arriving late, regardless of the reason is disruptive and out of alignment with what we teach. Any athlete arriving late will complete a short accountability drill before joining the session. This promotes responsibility, not punishment.
Training Time Is Athlete Time
Please allow sessions to run without interruptions. If you have questions or concerns, save them for after training. Every minute is planned with purpose.
