Chrissy’s program has really brought a new perspective into my workouts. She is extremely knowledgeable about the body and how to directly strengthen each muscle. Because she is trained and educated in dance she is able to create and give exercises made specifically for dancers that no other work out program offers. During her exercises I feel muscles I didn't even know I needed to help me achieve my dance goals. Her cardio and strengthening program has given me the ability to lose weight and build muscle specifically where I need it. I recommend her program to anyone but I especially recommend it for anyone in dance, cheer, figure skating, gymnastics, etc.

Chrissy has helped me more than I ever thought possible! She is very devoted to helping each of the people that come to her for help. It impresses me what Chrissy thinks of to get my hip feeling better and without her, I would barely be able to dance! What I like most about Chrissy is how hard she works to get me to acheive my goals and how smart she is by figuring out how I can increase the length of my leg extensions (since I am a dancer) without even stretching! I have noticed results after working with Chrissy and I would not have ever known what to do without her guidance.
These are my right splits before and after doing Chrissy's protocols that don't even include stretching! I am very impressed.

My daughter, Ireland, is a Varsity Hawkette at Maine South High School and Chrissy is their team trainer. Chrissy has been instrumental in keeping Ireland (and the team) in top condition for their 9 month long dance and competition season. With her own dance and training background (professional NBA dancer, Ironman, marathons, you name it!), Chrissy plays many roles to Ireland and the girls on the team. She conditions the team during the season to keep them strong and agile. She treats and teaches the girls how to prevent injuries and recover quickly when they occur. She also helps build endurance, stamina, flexibility and mindfulness in these athletes and all of that, leads to a great sense of confidence and strength on and off the competition floor!
The skills she is teaching these girls will be lifelong lessons in maintaining strong healthy active bodies! Chrissy also puts together off season work outs to keep the momentum going and to continue to challenge the girls on their own. She also helps them prepare for auditions and teaches them how to refuel properly. Additionally, Ireland has worked one on one with Chrissy to tackle some overuse issues related to dance. She has helped her successfully recover from sore knees, lower back strain and shin splints. Chrissy’s approach is always one that gets to the bottom of the issue at hand. She not only treats the symptoms, but actively treats the problem which then prevents future issues! Ireland has loved working with Chrissy and learned a ton. Her dancing has improved tremendously and she is seeing the results of all she has learned with Chrissy.
