Pre-training

Whether it's beginner-level training, or more advanced, the key to good training is that everyone wants to be there...and everyone knows why they are there! 

This is why I make sure to find out what participants want and need from their training beforehand. 

Assessing the needs and abilities of participants is easily done through a 5-minute pre-training questionnaire Form. From this starting point it is possible to tailor relevant training sessions.

During training

Creating easy-to-access Slide decks and Sites pages which participants can refer to during training and afterwards means they can review and continue to learn in their own time and at their own speed.

Post training

And once the training is over, Exit Ticket Forms mean development of skills can be ongoing.
