This group of students engaged in an iterative process of designing an art and design education thematic unit plan tailored for upper elementary students. Collaborating with PS 329Q in an afterschool program, each student partnered with a peer to teach five sessions of two-hour-long lessons. Through this opportunity, they further developed and refined their unit plans, allowing them to fully flourish in practice.
