Summer
Review

Summer break is the longest break on the school calendar. Although teachers notice some forgetfulness by the students during short breaks, it is especially pronounced after summer break. To help prevent the loss of skills and knowledge as our second graders move on to third grade, our teachers have put together a summer review packet. Please have your child complete this packet before returning to school in September.

If you can not access the packet, then there is one simple thing that you can have your child do that will have the greatest positive affect:

Read. Read. Read. It doesn't matter what you read. Just read.
