The OG Helpline will operate daily from 10:15 AM to 11:15 AM. The OG Helpline will continue to have at least two staff members at all times consisting of counselors and student support staff. If students or families need support getting to classes, troubleshooting technology issues, working out their emotional stress, doing classwork, navigating conflict at school or home, and any other issues that may arise, they can go to meet.google.com/lookup/oghelpline

Password Reset Information: If your student needs their password reset, please email Amanda Graham at agraham@pps.net If the student is able to log in, they may be able to reset their own password at https://password.pps.net They will need to set up password recovery questions and answers.
Devices and Hotspots
For successful distance learning, we know Chromebooks and hotspots are a must. Please take our survey and let us know if you're in need. Our team will be working on making sure these devices are delivered to families. If you need multiple devices, please make sure that you fill out one survey per student as soon as possible.

We will answer your questions as well as share information and helpful tips about anything related to distance learning technology.
