PPS Portland Evening Scholars (PES) or Summer Scholars (SS) are a great way to retrieve missing graduation credit if the following applies for your student:
They have failed one or more graduation requirement courses.
They moved from a different school district and they need to retrieve initial credit.
PES is offered each academic semester and students can earn (.50) credit per successful course completion.
SS is on a condensed time frame. Classes run from 5:00 - 8:00pm, one night per week.
Students will earn .5 credit for each class they successfully complete.
