Have a concern about yourself, a friend, or another student???  This form is a way to let me know and to get in touch with you.  Please fill it out if you have a concern.  There are paper concern forms outside my office and counseling center classroom.

I have office hours for parents Monday and Friday from 8:45-9:45 am and by appointment after school.  Students can drop into my office, leave me a note, send me a message/email to set up a time, or find me at lunch/recess.  Most days I'm available the period before and after lunch.
