Jackson School Counseling Mission
Our program's mission is to help students equitably access their education and develop skills necessary to become lifelong learners, capable of overcoming adversity. We provide a nurturing environment and remove barriers so that students may feel safe to take risks and critically engage with their learning.
How We Fulfill Our Mission
We deliver social-emotional, academic, and college & career readiness through one-on-one support, psychoeducational small-groups, and classroom lessons. We believe achieving our mission relies on the development of meaningful relationships with our students and their support systems; including families, school staff and community partners.
