As our starting centerfielder, Hayden was a defensive standout, recording four flyouts — including a clutch play at the plate from CF to secure an out. Offensively, she also had a stellar week: scoring two runs against David Douglas, notching the only hit off McDaniel’s ace pitcher, and going 4-for-5 against Lincoln. Her hits included two singles, a double, and her first career home run!
