Transition Age Youth Services and Resources
Portland’s Homeless Youth Continuum
Made up of five partner agencies in the Portland area, the Homeless Youth Continuum (HYC) supports youth ages 16-24 navigating housing instabilities. The HYC provides wrap-around services including basic needs as well as long-term housing support. To access HYC resources contact the Access Center (503-432-3986) to make a same day, in-person screening appointment any day (including weekends and holidays) between 8am-4pm.

Free Summer Lunch for All Kids
Summer EBT is back! It is a grocery benefits program that helps families buy food for their school-aged children when school is out. Each summer, families will get one payment of $120 for each eligible child to buy groceries. Program starts June 1st.
