Students will be able to access their class schedules in StudentVue, with assigned classrooms and teachers, on August 29th. Freshman can also pick up a paper copy of their schedule in front of the school on their first day.
Class schedule fixes are to correct if you were put into the wrong level course (i.e. you were put in Spanish 3 instead of Spanish 1), if you are missing a class needed for graduation, or if you have a hole in your schedule (i.e. you don't have a 3rd period). Schedules will not be changed to move you to a different teacher or because you don't like a class.
To request a schedule fix:
During Back to School Prep Days and the first weeks of school, students with a schedule fix for a reason listed above, can contact their counselor through the Schedule Fix Form. The schedule fix form must be accessed through a PPS student email address and students can only make one submission. You may include more than one fix request in your submission. Counselors will prioritize requests as they come in and communicate with the student on the outcome of the request.
