The Instructional Leadership Team (ILT) is the guiding coalition of a school. The primary responsibility of the ILT is to unite and coordinate efforts schoolwide (e.g. Climate Team, PLCs and SIT) to operationalize the School Continuous Improvement Plan (SCIP).
ILT is made up of diverse stakeholders that enable reciprocal communication throughout a school and provides shared leadership for complex systemic change and improvement.
When: Twice monthly (45-60 minutes) or once monthly (at least 90 minutes)

The following tools support school decision making for installing and improving practice. They measure growth and maturation of a school's use of a multi-tiered system of support, inclusive practices, family and community partnerships and student engagement and belonging.
