The purpose of the School Climate Team is to collaborate with stakeholders to create and foster a positive and supportive school environment for all members of the community. The team’s primary responsibility is assessment of the current climate, and development, implementation, and continuous monitoring of integrated Tier I Climate and Culture practices. These integrated practices include Positive Behavior Interventions and Support (PBIS) features, Transformative Social Emotional Learning, and Restorative Practices and Racial Equity and Social Justice standards.

The Culturally-Responsive Tiered Fidelity Inventory (CR-TFI) is a tool used by the school climate team to self-assess their PBIS systems with the intent to create an action plan to improve schoolwide and classroom practices and outcomes for students centering our BIPOC students.
