Local storage: directly on the device. For example, the desktop or my documents folder on you laptop or desktop computer.
Server storage: located at the school and accessible only inside the district.
Drive G: your personal drive (only you can access)
Drive J: teacher common drive (all teachers can access)
Drive K: student common drive (all teachers & students can access)
Cloud storage: located on Microsoft/Google servers and accessible anywhere from any device. Examples we use are OneDrive and Google Drive.
WebDrive: Access your cloud files in one place. Save directly to your OneDrive or Google Drive when downloading files.
WebDrive is a tool that makes it so you can access your cloud files right on your computer. You can double click this icon on your desktop to sign in and view files in your OneDrive. Any office files you open from here will open in the full desktop application. You have an option to also connect your Google Drive. Just click the + icon.
