Classroom Curriculum

All classrooms use Second Step - a research-based, social-emotional learning curriculum.  This includes weekly lessons teaching skills for learning, empathy, emotion management, and problem solving. 

The school counselor provides additional lessons in the classroom based on the developmental needs of our students.  We consider data collected from the front office, the school counselor's office, and teacher observation to determine our students' needs.
