Just before spring break 2026, the high school concert band will be going to perform at Disney World in Orlando Florida. We have once-in-a-lifetime opportunities in store for you students and we would love for you and your students to join us. Please check out the itinerary below and let me know via email if you are interested (msulecki@portlandk12.org). Please note: any student attending must be enrolled in Semester 2 High School Concert Band for the spring of 2026 and agree to adhere to all of the student handbook rules and regulations.

All participants meet at Portland High School for debrief with tour director and motor coach driver
7:00 AM
Depart Portland High School for Disney World
12:00 PM
Lunch
$20 cash back provided to each participant for lunch en route

Dinner

Wednesday, April 1, 2026
7:00 AM
Stop at the HUB Lake Buena Vista for:
a place to brush teeth and hair, wash up, and change clothes
a hot, delicious breakfast!
8:15 AM
Depart for chaperone group park of choice
8:30 AM
Spend rest of the day at the Disney Parks in chaperone group
Lunch and Dinner will be eaten in the parks with chaperone group
$50 Disney Dining Card provided to each participant for lunch and dinner
10:00 PM
Regroup at designated meeting place
10:05 PM
Depart Disney Parks for hotel
10:20 PM
Arrive at hotel, check in, and retire to rooms for the night
Security provided by hotel staff each night

Depart hotel for chaperone group park of choice
