Important/Mandatory Concert Dates

Saturday, March 28th - Portland Arts Fest 

• Times TBD

• Students are strongly encouraged to volunteer their time and effort when they are not performing.

• Students are encouraged to wear jazz concert attire (business casual).

Trombone Boogie Parts 

Late March/Early April - MSBOA State Jazz Festival 

• Day and time of festival performance is always selected by the MSBOA in late January early February so I will let you know details as soon as possible

• Students are encouraged to wear jazz concert attire (business casual).

• Set List:

• Trombone Boogie Parts 

Late April - Thornapple Jazz Festival 

• Day and time of festival performance is always selected by the Thornapple Arts Council in late January early February so I will let you know details as soon as possible

• Students are encouraged to wear jazz concert attire (business casual).

• Set List:

  1. Take the A Train (with Middle School) Parts 

  2. Nowhere But Here Parts Audio Recording 

  3. Armageddon Parts Video Recording Piano Part 

Tuesday, May 12th- Spring Jazz Concert @ 7pm (HS Auditorium)

• Doors open @ 6:30pm

• Call time for ALL students is 6:30pm in the high school band room

• Students are encouraged to wear jazz concert attire (business casual).
