Academic Requirements

As a Granite Grizzly Teammate, our students will be held to the same expectations as traditional sport athletes.  It is both an honor and a privilege to represent Granite Hills in a new and unique way, therefore Grizzly Teammates are expected to maintain a 2.0 GPA and will be cleared by the Athletic Director. 

Absences from any portion of the school day for any reason other than illness must be cleared by the attendance office before the student may participate.  If the attendance office indicates that an absence is unexcused, then the district’s unexcused absence policy for extra-curricular activity will be enforced per P.U.S.D High School Athletic Agreement.
