This talk will introduce global issues relating to food systems, the environment and human health and how they interact. It will also present some of LSHTM’s recent work looking at ways the UK food system can reduce its negative impacts on the environment and health, and how it can adapt to increased risks from climate change in future.

Join in our panel session about how we can make choices in food that will make our environment (coastal, rural, urban, global) more sustainable and resilient. To talk on the subjects we have academics, a producers and a local project leader to talk about ; growing, consuming, eating, waste and how food systems could look in the future.
