Follow HWY 55N or US 95N to Big Salmon Road in Riggins. Stay on this road for 26.2 miles (16 paved & 10 unpaved) until you reach the end of the road. The journey to the end of the road takes just over 4 hours from Boise, give your group ample time in case of unforeseen circumstances. 

There are two ramps at Vinegar Creek, the Polly Bemis Boat is usually parked at the first ramp just below the outhouses. It’s always a good idea to find the boat before unloading your gear onto the ramp as there are no designated parking spots at the ramp.

Once you have found the Polly Bemis Boat, talk with our boat driver, Mike, and he will guide you as to what to do next.

Life Jackets for children under 12 years old must be provided by the shareholder/guest.

Sit back and enjoy a 30-minute ride upriver. Keep your eyes out for wildlife.
