After the challenges and isolation many of us experienced during COVID-19 and Hurricane Helene, connection is more important than ever. Having someone to talk to, learn from, and lean on can make a real difference—not only in how we navigate challenges, but in how we grow and move forward. More and more school districts are hosting mentor programs because of the value they offer students long beyond the school day.

Through BOLT Mentors, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with someone who can share experiences, offer encouragement, help you discover new opportunities, and cheer you on along the way. 

Mentorship isn’t just about what you can learn from someone else. It’s about building relationships, expanding your network, giving back, and creating a stronger community together.
