Tickets can be purchased between Monday, March 3RD - Friday, April 18TH. 8 AM- 3 PM
The cost of a single ticket is $40 and for a couple is $70 CASH ONLY!!! NO CARDS OR CHECKS PLEASE!!
Tickets must be purchased in the Main Front Office.
If you are purchasing your guest/date's ticket who is a CHS student, you must be a junior or senior in order to purchase a ticket.
If your date DOES NOT attend CHS, you must complete and submit a Prom Date Approval Form between Monday, March 3rd - Friday, April 11th (see guest permission form tab for more information)

Other Information Regarding Tickets
All tickets will be placed in envelopes with the student's name and can only be used by the person they were purchased for. Your identity will be verified upon entry into prom.
Tickets will be given to the student who purchased the tickets (i.e. if you purchase a ticket for a guest/date you will receive your ticket and their ticket in your envelope).
Tickets will be distributed the Tuesday before prom. Students can pick up their tickets in the front office the week of prom.
Students not present in class to receive their ticket the Tuesday before prom will also be able to pick up their tickets from the front office starting the next morning.
Students must bring their ticket to prom.
Non-CHS guest/dates must have a photo ID with them to prom for entry.
Tickets can only be purchased by CHS students that are juniors and seniors. They cannot be sold/traded/given to non-CHS students.
