Walk-in hours for students are currently scheduled on weekdays during regular business hours, so long as there are no programs taking place.
Mindfulness can be thought of as moment-to-moment awareness of one's experience with the goal of suspending judgment.
The American Psychological Association sites many benefits of incorporating as little as 5-10 minutes of mindfulness practice into your day, such as:
