Dr. Min Joung Park is a Research Professor at the Center for ASEAN-India Studies at the Institute of Foreign Affairs and National Security, Korea National Diplomatic Academy (KNDA). Prior to joining KNDA, Dr. Park served as a Policy Specialist for development cooperation at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Korea and as a Programme Manager of the ASEAN-ROK Programme Management Team (AKPMT) at the ASEAN Secretariat. She has also provided policy advice on the Korea’s engagement with ASEAN member states to a range of government bodies, including the Office for Government Policy Coordination at the Prime Minister's Secretariat, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family, the Korea Eximbank, and the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA).  She received her M.Sc. in Development Studies from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and Ph.D. in International Studies from Ewha Womans University in Seoul. 

Dr. Christopher N. Magno is a Full Professor of Justice Studies at Gannon University in Erie, Pennsylvania, USA. His scholarship examines the epidemiology of violence and the intersection of crime and politics. In his forthcoming book from NYU Press, he introduces the concept of “criminal populism,” demonstrating how political leaders transform crime into political capital that shapes public fear, consent, and public policy. His Epidemiology of Violence project uses geographic information systems (GIS) to map more than 7,000 extrajudicial killings in the Philippines. He currently serves as Executive Director of the Philippine Truth Commission. 

EnP Lindsay A. Barrientos is the Deputy Executive Director of the Philippine National  Commission for UNESCO (PH NatCom or UNACOM*), an attached agency of the Department of  Foreign Affairs. Her more than 25 years in Philippine Government service includes ten years as  Presidential Staff Officer at the Presidential Management Staff in Malacañang (Office of the  Philippine President) and six years as Division Chief for Policy Development, Legislation, and  Special Projects in the Housing and Urban Development Coordinating Council. In PH NatCom,  among other key responsibilities as Deputy or Officer-in-Charge (as the need arises), EnP  Barrientos served as Member of the Philippine Delegation to the UNESCO General Conference  and Executive Board and as a Member of UNESCO’s 2023 Evaluation Reference Group for the  UNESCO Creative Cities Network. She leads the Technical Secretariat of the National Committee  on Marine Sciences and the Philippine Biosphere Reserve Network and serves as Alternate Focal  Person for Gender and Development (GAD); Resource Person for Lifelong Learning Advocacy; and  among the Focal Persons for Partnerships and Publications relative to UNESCO Programmes and  Projects.  

She is a Philippine Regulatory Commission or PRC-licensed Environmental Planner (EnP) who has  extensive and rich experience in working at the grassroots level and with policy-makers and  decision-makers. She earned her Master’s Degree in Urban and Regional Planning and her  Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of the Philippines-Diliman and has  a Diploma in Social Entrepreneurship from Ateneo de Manila University. She is a part-time  educator in St. Scholastica College of Manila for the following subjects: Tourism Planning and  Development; Philippine Culture, Tourism and Geography; and Macro Perspectives and Legal  Aspects of Tourism and Hospitality.

Ms. Ji Hong Lee is an educator, trainer, and facilitator specializing in teacher professional development and Global Citizenship Education (GCED). Before founding ConnectED Lab, she served at the Asia-Pacific Centre of Education for International Understanding (APCEIU), a UNESCO Category 2 Centre, where she designed and led international, regional, and national teacher training programmes, developed educational resources and curricula, and managed online learning platforms for educators. Her current work focuses on designing engaging learning experiences and practical resources that empower teachers to integrate global perspectives into their teaching and respond to emerging educational challenges. 

Ms. Mary Anvil L. Pineda is a fourth-year Bachelor of Science in Public Administration student at Palawan State University whose leadership centers on youth governance, public service, and civic engagement. She served as the President of the Junior Public Administrators' Association (JPAA), an accredited college-based organization at Palawan State University and a youth organization registered under the National Youth Commission's Youth Organization Registration Program (YORP). 

During her Presidency, she led PSU–JPAA in earning recognition as one of the Top Ten Outstanding Youth Organizations in the City of Puerto Princesa. The award was conferred by the Office of the City Mayor through the City Youth Development Office in recognition of the organization's exemplary youth leadership, innovative community initiatives, and unwavering commitment to youth empowerment. 

Beyond the university, Ms. Pineda served as the Chairperson of the Committee on Governance of the Local Youth Development Council, actively collaborating with the City Government of Puerto Princesa in advancing youth participation, leadership development, and community-based initiatives. She previously served as JPAA Executive Secretary (A.Y. 2024–2025) and Planning Committee Member (A.Y. 2023–2024), demonstrating a consistent commitment to organizational leadership and student empowerment. 

She is a Palawan Group of Companies Scholarship Program (PGC-SP) Scholar and Batch President. She also volunteers as a Voice Talent Artist for PSU Media Hub and serves as an event host for academic, civic, and youth development initiatives. She is also the reigning Ms. College of Business and Accountancy 2024 and Ms. JPAA 2024, reflecting her commitment to holistic student leadership and representation. 

As an aspiring public servant, Ms. Pineda advocates for meaningful youth participation, ethical leadership, and active citizenship. Through her academic pursuits and leadership experiences, she continues to promote collaboration between educational institutions, government, and communities in advancing sustainable and inclusive development.
