In this study of Edwards et al. (2019), they developed a rubric a rubric for pre-service and in-service teachers for them to develop their pedagogical documentation and reflection in teaching. The rubric focused on four dimensions including visible learning, powerful story, emotional impact, and visual impact. It has been showed that the rubric contributes to the overall teaching reflection of the pre-service teachers by identifying the effective practices based on what they had documented. It can also be seen as pre-service teachers was able to practice collaborative reflection where the exchange of suggestions and ideas where fostered for an effective teaching-learning process. Moreover, the rubric serves its usefulness by activating self-reflection about the suggestions to improve in the teaching-learning process.
GENERAL REFLECTIONS
I firmly believe that the last domain of the PPST is the most important, especially today where we are facing various crisis that heavily affected the education sector, not only in the country but the world in general. In this time where some of us are still figuring out this another new set up of education, which is the hyflex set up or the hybrid modality of face-to-face and online learning, teachers should be equipped with much knowledge that they need to acquire to be able to be adaptive, creative, innovative, and effective in the education 5.0. I think it can be achieved if the government prioritize the teachers by giving them enough support, especially financial support and other benefits that would help them in many ways. In addition, the government should hire non-teaching personnel so teachers won't have to look after other things like clerical works, content creating like modules, gadget configuration, and paper works aside from teaching and focusing to the students. I do believe that for us to ensure that our teachers are continuously growing personally and developing professionally, there should be a proactive policies and programs for them that will surely capacitate them to be the best and offer the best too for the students, the community, and the country.
