Kirk brings the unique skills of Hostage Negotiation into the corporate world. He retired from the Police over 5 years ago, having been a police officer since 1987 and was exposed to the world of Hostage Negotiation in 1995. During his Police career, he was deployed to approximately two hundred and fifty Hostage Crisis Negotiation incidents in the UK and abroad and had a 99.9% success rate.
Since retiring from the Police he now negotiates globally in the corporate world by, delivering negotiation training, coaching and mentoring negotiations from the background or negotiating on behalf of organisations.
