Paolo Guglielmoni, Global Creative Director at Healthware International (LinkedIn)
Paolo is a theoretical philosopher in love with copywriting. In 1999, he joined Leo Burnett, where he began winning budgets (including Nintendo of Europe, Lindt Chocolate Worldwide, Kellogg's Italia, Tampax) and awards (including Cannes Lions, Eurobest, Epica, Clio, ADCI), eventually obtaining the role of Creative Director and joining the Global Board of Creative Talents. He is the only Italian creative present in the Musée de la Publicité collection at the Louvre. Currently, he is a Creative Coach and Advertising Lecturer at Italian and foreign universities. In the last decade, he has been a Creative Consultant for clients such as IBM, Europ Assistance, ILLVA Saronno, Breil, Yves Rocher, Eataly World, Mars Pet Food, Canon, Amazon Audible, and Triennale Milano.
He has also served as a Creative Manager in various agencies, including Omnicom Mediagroup, Ogilvy Interactive, and, since 2021, Eversana Healthware. In 2018, he was included in the Youtube Advertising Leaderboard. He invented NeuroCreativity®, a method validated experimentally at an academic level: to create, write, and guide teams in generating ideas that produce better results with less effort. His methodology is one of the central topics of his latest book, published by Franco Angeli and titled "Creatività Circolare" (Circular Creativity).
