• NO fountain drinks on the bus!  Drinks must be in a bottle with a screw top lid.

• NO BLANKETS

You will NOT have access to your suitcase until 10pm Monday night!!!!!

• Download TV & Movies to watch before you come to school

  • Bus WiFi doesn't always work

• Pack night stuff and morning stuff

  • deodorant

  • toothbrush & toothpaste

  • glasses - contact case & solution

  • face wash or wipes

  • clean clothes for Monday

• NO BLANKETS (not even just for yourself)

  • bring warm pants, socks, and a jacket/hoodie for the cold bus

• phone charger - portable phone charger (don't rely on the bus plugs)

• neck pillow, sleep mask

• backseat organizer for bus ride

• DVDs - for bus ride (G & PG ONLY)

Medication should NOT be in your luggage.  You will give medication to the trip nurse before luggage check.

• Over the counter medications must be sent in the original container and be properly labeled with student’s name and date of birth. 

• Prescribed medication must be sent in its original container.

• Please only send the dosage needed for the trip. (i.e. if a daily medication only send 5 pills in the bottle)

• Please put the parent/guardian signed form with medication in a ‘ziplock’ bag along with the medication to be administered. 

  • If more space is needed, please fill out additional form.

  • One ‘ziplock’ per student.
