Sunday, March 8: 2pm leave for Florida on charter bus
11am Chaperone meeting in BH.
11:30am Students arrive through competition gym doors, give luggage and bags to chaperone and head to the BH.
12pm Luggage check for students in competition gym. Students in Band Hall
Please limit luggage to one suitcase and one carry-on
12:45pm Meet in competition gym for final instructions.
1:15pm Load buses
luggage goes under the bus you are on
2pm Depart for Orlando!
Stops every 3-5 hours for drivers, 30-45 minute stop at Buc-ee's in Alabama for driver change and refueling.

Monday, March 9: Universal Studios & check-in to hotel 10pm-ish
6:30am - Largest McDonald's, 6875 Sand Lake Rd, Orlando, FL 32819
Stretch, freshen up, eat, brush teeth, change, etc.
8am Arrive at Universal!!
Meet your chaperone and enjoy the day, starting in City Walk.
The park opens at 9am.
Each group will have their own schedule and destination.
Face check in every 4-ish hours.
Chaperone will be at the check in spot for 1 hour.
there will be NO PHONE/TEXT/FACETIME CHECK INS!
9pm Park closes.
9:15pm Roll check on buses
.9:45pm Arrival at hotel to get keys and go to rooms.

Tuesday, March 10: Universal Studios
8am Depart hotel for Park

Wednesday, March 11: Universal Studios
8am Depart hotel for Park
Each group will have their own schedule and destination.

9:15pm Roll check on buses.
9:30pm arrive back at the hotel. Pack your belongings and clean up for early departure Wednesday morning.
Thursday, March 12: Busch Gardens
Busch Gardens
7:15am Roll check on buses.
7:30am Depart Orlando
9:30am Approx. arrival at Busch Gardens
10am Park opens
6pm Meet back at buses for final roll check.
*we think* the buses will be parked in the lot across from McKinley/40th street from the park. We will have your student update you as soon as we know better.
Parents: this is where you can sign your student out to ride home with you(bring your ID!)
If you're riding home with someone OTHER than mom or dad, send a note to Mrs. Clemmons to be signed by Dr. Ryan by Wednesday, March 4th!!!
7pm Depart for PN-G!!!
Friday, March 13: arrive back at PNGHS around 12 Noon
On the way back, the bus will again stop every 3-5 hours for drivers.
We will stop again at Buc-ee's in Alabama for driver change and refueling.
Arrive back at PN-G between 10am and NOON.
EVERYONE is EXPECTED ALL Belongs on and underneath the bus.
No one leaves until bus is clean
WE KNOW! everyone is tired, and ready to go home. BUT.......
Students will have multiple opportunities to raise money toward their trip this fall. Both the BAC & Choir Boosters will have several fundraisers this fall to help with trip costs.
Band usually needs about 15 chaperones.
Choir usually needs about 3 chaperones.
Each Chaperone will be "in charge" 8-12 students each.
If you are interested in being a chaperone on this trip, email Mr. Wells for band chaperones & Mrs. Wells for choir chaperones.

This is a school trip and students should stay with the PNGHS Band/Choir for the duration of the school trip. Students will ride the charter buses with the group to Florida. However, students can be checked out by a parent on the last park day of the trip at 6pm at the buses in the Theme Park parking lot.

Fill out the permission slip on the last page of the handout and return with $50 deposit in an envelope with your student's name on it.
