What are they? AP (Advanced Placement) Exams are tests you can take to earn possible college credit or be able to ADVANCE past required classes.
AP EXAMS ARE A GREAT WAY TO GET AHEAD ON A MINOR OR TO HAVE ROOM IN YOUR SCHEDULE FOR A DOUBLE MAJOR
When and Where? May 4th - May 17th here at PND. These are dates and times set by the College Board (not PND). They are designated by subject for set dates and times for either the morning or the afternoon. Any tests given outside of the set date and time are considered invalid tests. Below are the tests, dates and times.
Who? AP Test are usually taken Junior or Senior year of high school.
Cost: $94.00. Payment due in OCTOBER. All EXAM registration AFTER this will incur a $40 additional charge (CollegeBoard charge not PND) . Checks to be made out to PND.

Why? What’s the Benefits of the AP Test: AP is nationally recognized, therefore it is an opportunity to save on college tuition by “testing out” of certain first level college classes. This could allow you to pursue upper-level courses in your field earlier, pursue a double major, and/or study and travel abroad.
HOW? Payment due by FRIDAY OCTOBER 4th- Drop payment off to the Counseling Department -
