Rob is an experienced B2B SaaS marketing leader specializing in building next-level brand awareness and business value for customers ranging from SMBs and mid-market to large, global enterprises. Rob heads up marketing for Vertex Software, a leader in cloud-based 3D visualization software.  Most recently, Rob was VP of Product and Segment Marketing at Lattice, where he helped to evolve the team to support 140% headcount and 2x ARR growth.  He also led the launch of Lattice's updated pricing and packaging and helped to define a new market category.  Prior to Lattice, Rob was VP of Product Marketing at Okta, where he supported the Workforce Identity product families representing more than 70% of company revenue and launched Okta's Platform product marketing team.  Previously, Rob was with Informatica for more than 8 years in various marketing and product strategy roles. He was VP of Strategic Marketing, leading brand- and corporate messaging, industry content marketing, customer advocacy, global partner marketing, and account-based marketing.   He was also a VP of product and solution marketing for Informatica, responsible for products and services representing more than $400M of Informatica's total revenue.


Prior to Informatica, Rob spent six years with Forrester Research as a Principal Analyst and Research Director and was a leading expert in how companies deliver trusted information across the enterprise to enable mission-critical business processes, customer interactions, and decisions. Rob’s research focus included master data management, data quality, metadata management, data integration, data architecture, and data governance best practices.   Rob's experience as an industry analyst has been instrumental in his ability to support best-in-class results in analyst relations at all the companies he's worked with. 

Prior to joining Forrester, Rob managed Intuit's enterprise data quality initiatives and supported the implementation of Intuit's customer master. Prior to Intuit, Rob managed the design and development of customer master and attribute management solutions for Cisco Systems. Earlier, Rob was Research Manager for the global mergers and acquisitions product group at Thomson Financial Securities Data (now part of Thomson Reuters).
