Team Building Games

Team Building Games are designed to improve the group's connection. When players have a better relationship with each other, they perform better on stage, which leads to a more enjoyable experience for both the audience and the players.

Falling!

All players walk around the stage at a slow pace until someone shouts “Falling!” and falls backward, all other players have to go and catch them before they fall. Once the player is upright again all players continue walking around until they have to catch another falling player. Multiple people can be falling at once, but all players must be caught.

“Honey, I Love You”

There are two ways to play this game. The first way is for all players to stand in a circle. One person is in the middle and can go around to any player they choose and say “Honey, I love you....won’t you please please smile?” while (if given permission) using physical touch like the stroke of a cheek, silly accents, faces, etc. or any other ways to try and get the person to smile. The player must not smile or laugh while responding “Honey, I love you but I just can’t smile.” The player in the middle must then switch between players until someone smiles, once they succeed they switch places and the player who smiled is now in the middle. The other way to play is with two players at a time. One person is sitting on a chair/bench/box and the other person is standing, trying to get the sitting player to smile. If unsuccessful, the player standing will switch with another player until the person sitting smiles, and then someone switches places with the sitting player.

Human Knot

All players get close together and randomly grab two different players’ hands with everyone’s arms tangled together. Once all players are holding hands with one another, they will untangle themselves by moving arms over each other, stepping over and under each other, spinning around, or any other way to get untangled until all players are standing in a regular circle holding hands.
