Curriculum Connection to California Mission Period
Alviso Adobe
Rancho Lifeways Program
Students will participate in the Rancho Lifeways Program onsite to learn all about the Rancho Period of California right here in Pleasanton! Students will engage in a variety of crafts and activities such as candle making, adobe brick making, cow lassoing and more while learning all about our special history!
Walk Through California
Students will actively participate in a lively retelling of California's rich history through the use of games, music, and storytelling to make history come alive during this wonderful 1/2 day program!
Vector Control
Students will participate in a variety of stations while learning all about the animals living around us. This is a very engaging and informative program and a student favorite!
Smooches For Pooches
East Bay SPCA program to build awareness about the needs of animals in our area.
Gold Dust or Bust
4th Grade Musical Performance walking the audience through the history of the California Gold Rush with lively songs and dialogue.
Day At The Diggins
This End-Of-The-Year, 4th-Grade-Only event is a favorite! Students will pan for 'gold', make their own butter, engage in Gold Rush Era chores, and much, MUCH more!
