Make sure you have a place to study without distractions
Talk about your assignments with a parent, family member in person, or with a classmate or friend by email, phone or video chat.
Establish a daily study routine. Plan time for each subject, and plan breaks too! 20 or 30 minutes of work, followed by a 5 or 10 minute stretch or movement break
Contact your teacher if you have questions or feel confused. They are here to help!
Take outdoor breaks if possible. Fresh air, sunshine, and physical exercise each day will really help you feel energized and healthy.
Get good sleep each night, and turn off electronics a couple hours before sleeping. Being well rested will help you to concentrate and get through your school assignments each day.
Do something you enjoy every day! Keeping fun in your life will help your overall well-being.
