Below are the volunteer and driver clearance documents needed to volunteer on driving field trips. Please fill out the volunteer and driver clearance sooner than later as it takes weeks to get processed. You will also find the Fairlands Elementary PTA Webstie which is a great way to stay connected.

Conference Sign-Up

Volunteer Clearance Application Form

This form is REQUIRED to volunteer on campus and on field trips.

Driver Clearance Form

This form is REQUIRED to drive on field trips. Fill out the form, attach the necessary documentation, and return to the office
