Enrolling New Students at Hart Middle School

REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION

Two proofs of residency in Pleasanton are required.  The following are acceptable proofs of residency in any combination:

• • Current utility bill (within past two months) such as PG&E, water, telephone, garbage or cable TV bill

  • Rental/lease agreement signed within past two months. Must include name, address, signature and telephone number of lessor and lessee

  • Final escrow papers signed within past two months

  • Immunization records (signed by doctor)

  • Birth certificate and/or passport for every student enrolling 

  • Report card from a previous school

Counselors are able to offer new students to be a part of our shadowing program. New students are paired up with current Hart students depending on grade level to help make the transition to a new school easier and more enjoyable. 

PRE-ENROLL ONLINE

The Pleasanton school district offers the option of pre-enrolling new students online. Please click here for the online pre-enrollment site. Once you access the site, follow the prompts to create your account and securely save your information online.
