Enrolling New Students at Hart Middle School
REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION
Two proofs of residency in Pleasanton are required. The following are acceptable proofs of residency in any combination:
Current utility bill (within past two months) such as PG&E, water, telephone, garbage or cable TV bill
Rental/lease agreement signed within past two months. Must include name, address, signature and telephone number of lessor and lessee
Final escrow papers signed within past two months
Immunization records (signed by doctor)
Birth certificate and/or passport for every student enrolling
Report card from a previous school

Counselors are able to offer new students to be a part of our shadowing program. New students are paired up with current Hart students depending on grade level to help make the transition to a new school easier and more enjoyable.
PRE-ENROLL ONLINE
The Pleasanton school district offers the option of pre-enrolling new students online. Please click here for the online pre-enrollment site. Once you access the site, follow the prompts to create your account and securely save your information online.
