Meeting Minutes are a record of what happens at each club meeting. It is not a general overview, rather a detailed list of activities conducted in the meeting's time frame.
If a club has NOT documented meeting minutes at ANY meeting this year, it will result in an automatic strike.
Note: 3 strikes = club 'referral' and other related consequences (determined by Administration).
