The Foothill High School Sporting Club’s mission is to forge bonds in the Foothill community by promoting a healthy lifestyle through physical activity. Monthly we work with our advisor, Mr. Wescott, to host in person meetings during lunch in the big gym, focused on activities like basketball, spikeball, soccer, and sports education. We also have bonding events, either off-campus or at FHS sporting events supporting our peers, particularly those with traditionally less Falcon fans in attendance such as newer sports. For example, three quarters of our members attended the senior night for the Girls varsity flag football in the first semester, and in second semester, we had a little over half of our members support the boys varsity soccer game against amador.
