In Year 7, students start exploring who they are and who they are BECOMING. During such a big year of change, time management expectations, assessment and school requirements, our young ladies are going through a period of immense change. This is a time for the girls to start reflecting on their goals, their dreams, how they see themselves within the world, and who they may potentially like to become.
During Year 7, our Futures Program provides students with an opportunity to grow on the skills they have learnt from Years 5 and 6 and to deepen their thinking processes. Working with the Wellbeing Team, PLC Futures will help emphasise the need to articulate personality strengths and skills. These qualities play an important role in how students start exploring who they are and then who they are becoming by spending time thinking, processing and reflecting.
