OUTSIDE OF SCHOOL HOURS (OSH) CARE
PLC Sydney offers before and after school care services for parents who are unable to drop off or collect their daughters within school hours.
The school after hours service is run by TheirCare, who provide a planned program of play and leisure activities suited to all PLC Sydney students from Pre-Kindergarten to Year 6.
Holiday Programs are also available for those parents who require childcare during school holidays. The service is open to all PLC Sydney students in Pre-Kindergarten to Year 6 and their primary aged siblings.
Early Birds Before School Care

Our Early Birds service is operated by PLC Sydney in the Hamilton area from 7:30 – 8:10 am, at no charge to parents. The area is supervised by staff from 7:30 am.
After School Care
After School Care
After school care operates in the Hamilton Hall auditorium, every afternoon during school term, from 3:00 to 6:00 pm.
Students enjoy a range of activities such as art, craft, games, sport and outdoor fun, as well as socialising with their peers in a relaxed and flexible environment. Older students are also encouraged to complete homework tasks within the time period. A nutritional afternoon tea is also provided each day.

To ensure the children’s safety and to meet regulatory requirements, families will sign children out on collection from After School Care.
On arrival at After School Care educators will sign children into the program. Children arriving from co-curricular activities will be signed into the program by activity provider staff. Person signing in and out of the service must be 18 years and over.

Holiday Programs operate during most PLC Sydney school holidays, from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm
The program combines active games, structured and unstructured play, including art, craft, games, sport and outdoor fun that provide opportunities to play explore and create, as well as excursions.

After School Care 3.00 pm - 6.00 pm $35.05 per session
Short Stay 3.00 pm - 4.00 pm $25.00 per session
Holiday Program* 7.00 am - 6.00 pm $55.00 per day
Student Free Day 7.00 am - 6.00 pm $55.00 per day
Casual / Cancellation fee (within 48 hours) $5.00
Cancellation Fee (on the day) Full Session or Day fee
NB * An additional cost may be added for incursions / excursions during Holiday Program
Please note: Late pick up fee: TheirCare charges $1.00 per min for every minute your child is not picked up after 6.00 pm.
From 10 July 2023, the Australian Government is changing the Child Care Subsidy (CCS) meaning that families who were previously not eligible for CCS may now be eligible and a higher rate of CCS is available for most families that do access CCS.

Please contact our Service Coordinator on 0477 025 374 who will provide you with an enrolment package. Alternatively you can visit TheirCare website and complete the enrolment forms online.
NB Booking aee essential. Due to the National regulations and laws, all forms and documents must be received by our Service before a child can attend.

Children with allergies must provide the service the necessary medication along with their Management Action Plan prior to commencing.
