Courses taken at CCSU will not be transferred onto the PHS transcript, hence they will not be counted toward the credits required for graduation and will not impact a student’s high school rank or GPA. This allows for the credits to be accepted by all colleges, if your student chooses to transfer them.
Upon request from students, CCSU will provide a college transcript to the students and/or send it to the colleges that students are applying to in order for the credits earned to be transferred to other schools.
Colleges might request a copy of the course syllabus to assure that the course was comparable to the one taught on their campus. Note: Credit transfer policies vary from college to college, hence students must check with the colleges of interest to them.
