Supporting Mental Health and Wellbeing

Aye Feel is a live resource that is actively updated based on what young people need and in response to the changing restrictions and guidance around Covid-19. It provides children and young people with the most up to date information and advice.

The Covid-19 pandemic has resulted in many of us spending more time on our phones and online in general. ‘Mind Yer Time’ was designed by children and young people from the Children’s Parliament and the Scottish Youth Parliament, to support children and young people to use screens and social media in healthy ways.  The website provides children, young people (and adults) with information, useful resources and top tips on how to use screens and social media in ways that promote and protect their health.
