US History
This class investigates topics that occurred in what is now the United States from the 1600 - 1900. It begins with the discovery and colonization of the Americans and the forming of the United States. It continues through the Jacksonian Era, the Antebellum US (pre-Civil War era), the Civil War, Reconstruction, Westward Expansion, immigration, and concludes with the Industrial Revolution.

Course Description
This course begins with the discovery and colonization of the Americas by Europeans and the forming of the United States. It continues with the expansion of the US to the Pacific, the Civil War, Reconstruction, Industrialization, the Progressive Era, WWI, the 1920’s, Great Depression, WWII, post war boom, the Cold War, Civil Rights, Presidential Scandals up to modern times.
