⚠️ COMMUNITY UPDATE: Pitkin County Emergency Operations continues coordinating response efforts during the ongoing Public Safety Power Shutoff.

An Assistance Center remains available for residents needing support services. Emergency shelters are not being opened at this time.

Crews are actively working on generator fuel resupply plans for critical facilities while preparing contingency measures if conditions worsen. Public safety remains the top priority.

If evacuations become necessary, residents will be directed along Hwy 82. Emergency response access will utilize Upper River Road.
