Dance classes require the proper equipment for class - equipment can be expensive so please make sure EVERYTHING is properly labeled with YOUR name. I cannot guarantee that any lost equipment will be returned. Being properly dressed out also includes having long hair pulled up and away from the face and neck and NO gum!

Reasons for Dress Codes in Dance:
-Proper dress is a visual reminder that students are part of a Dance class.-Uniformity cuts down on distractions and allows students to focus and concentrate on developing new skills.-Dress codes in dance look more professional and are part of the long history of dance. Dance involves discipline, respect, focus, and hard work. Dress codes are a part of that.-Having a dress code teaches students to take responsibility for themselves and their appearance.-Proper dress helps teachers to make important corrections with placement, alignment, lines, etc.Reasons for Dress Codes in Dance:
