Q1: How do I disable drawing from the students' side? I realized they were drawing on my screen and I don't know how to turn it off.
A1: You can disable participant annotation within a meeting, for only that meeting.
1. From within your meeting, ensure you've started a share screen
2. From the bar located at the top of your screen, click "More"
From the drop-down click "Disable Attendee Annotation"
Q2: I removed one of my students from Zoom because she was connected on two devices. Now she cannot get back in. How do I get her back into this meeting?
A2: I enabled the "Allow removed participants to rejoin" option from admin settings. Please ask the student to rejoin!
Q3: Parents and students are saying they cannot hear anything I play on my laptop.
A3: When you share your screen, check the "Share Computer Sound" option.
Q4: I don't have breakout and poll choices on my Zoom app!
A4: I enabled them for everyone from the admin settings. Everyone should have them!
Q5: Is there any way to go back and see the zoom meeting attendance list?
A5: Yes, there is!
Visit zoom.us and sign in with your school email.
2. On the Zoom portal, click Reports on the left panel and click Usage.
3. Choose the time range and click Search and it will bring up a list of past meetings.
4. From the meeting you look for, click on the number of participants.
5. A pop-up screen with the list and details of participants will be shown. If you need to have a unique name list, tick the option "Show unique users"
6. You can generate a CSV file of the list by clicking the Export button.
