The price for 25-26 Academic Year Chromebook Insurance is $30. You can make the insurance payment, which will cover most damages to the device (except the charger) assigned to your child, which could be made in-person or online.
To help protect school-issued learning devices (Chromebooks and iPads) from unexpected repair costs, PCSS offers an optional device insurance plan.
Early Discount: If purchased by September 25, the insurance cost is $20.
Regular Price: From September 26 – November 1, the cost is $30.
After November 1: No insurance option will be available. Any repair costs will be billed in full to families, per the rates listed on our website here.
The insurance covers:
Cracked screens
Spills & liquid submersion
Accidental damage
Natural disasters
Please note: The insurance does not cover lost or damaged chargers.
How to Pay:
You can make your payment directly through the ParentSquare payment option included in this message.
Or you may pay cash or check at the school’s main office.
We strongly recommend taking advantage of this protection to avoid higher out-of-pocket repair costs.
