Each copier machine has a card reader. You have to scan your card on the readers. Then, it will find your account. If you do not have your card, you are able to log in with your computer login credentials.
When you want to print you will see a print queue which is “RicohCopiers on panther or pirates” on your computer. After you submit your job, it will be seen on PCSS’s copiers.
When you scan your card, you will see your submitted job, you can release them at the copiers. Also, if you need to use other functions (copy, scanner etc.) at the copiers, you should scan your card first and then touch “Use Device Functions”.
Also, there is another feature that is called "Webprint" we use. Here is the instruction;
Webprint gives us easy access to print our documents directly from the Microsoft Edge browser (not chrome browser) on our own devices without any drivers and managing authentication. To submit a print job you should access http://print.pioneercss.org/user. After you access it, you will see the "PaperCut" login screen. The username/password is going to be the same computer credential you use.

How to scan documents on a copier machine
Once you log in to the copier machine, you will see the following screen. Please tap the Scan button.
You will now see both "Scan to My Email" and "Scan to Google Drive" options. Click on the option you would like to scan.
